How We Rank OnlyFans Creators

JuicyScout is a search engine for OnlyFans creators. Our index powers everything you see on the site: category pages, location pages, hidden-gems lists, and the homepage strips. This page explains how creators get into that index, how we score them, and how the rankings you see are produced. We publish this so fans know what they're looking at, and so creators know what to expect when they appear here.

How creators are added

Three sources feed the index:

• Web crawl. We discover creators from publicly available OnlyFans profiles, public social links, and existing creator-discovery sources. Every crawled profile is reduced to publicly visible metadata — display name, bio, post counts, subscription price, location if the creator has chosen to share one. We do not scrape paywalled content.
• Partner submissions. Agencies and creator management partners submit accounts they represent through our advertiser dashboard. Submissions are queued for review, not published instantly.
• Manual additions. Our editorial team adds creators flagged by readers, surfaced through trend monitoring, or pulled from our "hidden gems" research — smaller creators we think deserve more visibility than algorithms alone give them.

How quality scores are computed

Each creator carries an internal quality score on a 0–200 scale. The score is what determines who shows up first on category pages, who appears on the homepage, and who is eligible for our hidden gems and rising stars lists. Inputs to the score include:

• Content quality. Photo and video volume, resolution and presentation of the public profile, consistency of branding across the visible profile.
• Posting frequency. Active creators rank above dormant ones. Accounts that have not posted in months are de-ranked automatically and eventually pruned.
• Subscriber engagement. Public like counts and fan counts feed the score, weighted so that smaller creators with strong engagement aren't buried under mega accounts.
• Verification status. OnlyFans-verified creators receive a small score boost — verification is evidence of identity, which we treat as a trust signal.
• Pricing fairness. Subscription price is evaluated against the creator's output, not in absolute terms. A $5 free-trial creator and a $30 premium creator can both rank well; what we down-weight is high price paired with low output.

Manual curation and photo audit

The score is not the whole story. Every creator that surfaces on high-traffic pages — the homepage strips, the trending list, the hidden gems list — passes a manual review by an editor. The editor checks the avatar and any public images we display, removes creators whose visible content looks low-effort, mislabeled, or misleading, and confirms that the creator's OnlyFans link still resolves to an active profile. If a creator looks like spam, has a placeholder avatar, or is impersonating someone else, they are removed from the index regardless of their algorithmic score.

Update cadence

Rankings refresh daily. Each night we re-pull public stats for every active creator, recompute scores, and rebuild the lists that depend on them. Newly added creators can appear in search results immediately, but they need to clear the manual review before they are eligible for prominent placements. Removed accounts disappear from the index within 48 hours of a takedown request.

Disclosure: promoted listings

JuicyScout sells advertising. Some creator listings are promoted by the creator or their agency through our advertising network. Promoted listings are auction-ranked alongside organic results and are subject to the same quality standards described above — an account with a poor quality score cannot buy its way to the top, and any promoted listing that fails our manual review is removed from the auction.

We do not accept payment in exchange for ranking position outside the bidding system, and editorial picks (homepage strips, hidden gems, blog roundups) are not for sale. The only way for a creator to influence placement is to (a) earn it through the ranking signals above, or (b) bid on relevant traffic through our advertiser dashboard.

Corrections and removals

If a creator is listed with incorrect information, or if a creator wants to be removed from JuicyScout entirely, email contact@juicyscout.com with the OnlyFans username. We process removal requests within 48 hours. Corrections to public stats are handled in the next daily refresh.
